The F41 feed computer with batch weigher accurately doses the feed. To be able to control the feed costs Siemons is considering to add wheat. With a simple adjustment of the software in his control computer, also the automatic mixing of the feed, using a feed curve can be controlled.

The company is fully automated. The Fancom climate control computers and feed weighers have been integrated in convenient switchboxes. The F38 climate control computer registers also the number of produced eggs. A next step is the application of automatic bird weighing to control the production process even better. Even if he is not at the farm, Siemons continuously monitors the situation in his houses, using his mobile phone.

He shares important information with his advisers. Every day FarmManager automatically sends an e-mail with climate and feed data to the layer specialist of ForFarmers.
