F44 BreederBatch feeding system for parent stock
The F44 batch weighing system was developed especially for poultry houses with rearing hens and parent stock, where males and females are fed separately. The system automatically takes the distribution of the males and females in the house into account.
The formulation and type of feed for males and females may differ. The user sets the number of males and females once, together with the feed distribution, after which the computer calculates the distribution of the total amount of feed to the different hoppers in the house during the entire production cycle. The system accurately controls the complete process, from feed preparation in the batch weigher, distribution of feed and filling the hoppers in the house, right to the point where the feed lines in the house have been filled.
The F44 feed computer is easy to operate and the clear display shows users the status of the actual house situation at a glance. Extensive alarms safeguard the feeding process. Numerous intelligent clock functions accurately control feed, water and light. Water control is time based or based on a feed-water ratio. There are also various options for light clock control; with or without curves, based on time, light percentage or on light intensity. The water and light clock can be coupled to the feed clock, so the processes are well harmonised. All essential data relating to feed stocks, feed composition and consumption is saved by the computer. Fancom feed computers take over all the hard work without users compromising control over the feeding process
