Hay van de Eertwegh new trainer at Fancom

With effect from 1 September, Hay van de Eertwegh is the new trainer at Fancom. Hay has worked for Fancom for 14 years, the past few of which as a customer support engineer and he has in-depth knowledge of all our systems.

Training people is a new challenge for Hay. “I am really glad that Fancom has offered me this chance to transfer all my expertise and knowledge to our dealers and the end users of our systems. I think it's really important that our customers are satisfied. That means they have to feel happy and at ease when using our equipment, otherwise they won't be able to get the optimal benefits our systems offer.  The ultimate result for the user should be better management of his production process. For distributors the aim is a faster and more effective installation and start up of the systems and less after sales support”.

Hay will be succeeding Arno Wilms, who is taking early retirement on 1 January 2012.
