NLW is an organisation that offers employment opportunities to people with a disability in our region and aims to provide valuable and appropriate employment for the socially disadvantaged. As a way of demonstrating its commitment to its partner companies, NLW has restyled its production halls in Venray and Panningen. For the employees, this strengthens their involvement in their work.

This commitment is also valuable for Fancom. For many years, NLW has been a reliable partner for assembly work, including our motors and fans. They work efficiently and flexibly so that we can harmonise our planning. We welcome all initiatives that can intensify this cooperation, such as the makeover in the production halls.
