Patricia van den Bekerom new Technical Service Manager

Patricia van den Bekerom has been appointed Technical Service Manager at Fancom BV in Panningen since 1 March 2020. In her new role, she and her team of service engineers are responsible for providing our customers and users with technical support for the successful and reliable application of our products worldwide.

Patricia has been active in the livestock sector for 17 years. The first 14 years of her career were spent as a management assistant at suppliers of pig equipment, Porcon. This background gives Patricia intimate knowledge of the agricultural world and a close affinity with modern farming practice. Over the past three years in her role as Customer Fulfilment Coordinator at Fancom, she has gained wide knowledge of Fancom products and their versatile applications. In this position she was responsible for the logistic project management of major international projects. It is precisely this combination of market insight, affinity with the farming sector and knowledge of Fancom products that creates an excellent foundation for her new role as Service Manager.

Patricia on her new role

“A sharp customer focus is an important driver for me. Together with my team, I am looking forward to expanding the quality of our service provision. I interpret this as going beyond providing an appropriate solution for malfunctions and answering technical questions. By devoting a lot of attention to sharing knowledge through education and training, we are working on increasing the professionalism of our global distribution network and helping users become more familiar with the diverse possibilities of our equipment. Looking to the future like this is my way of contributing towards fulfilling Fancom's ‘forward thinking’ promise and helping our customers improve".
